Straven House host annual Egg Hunt Residents at HC-One’s Straven house had an egg-citing afternoon as 12 children from Queens Road Pre-School and four staff visited for an Easter egg hunt in the front garden.

Residents loved seeing the children hunt for the eggs and really enjoyed seeing the joy on the children’s faces as they found the Easter eggs.

Children then sang songs in lounge for everyone and everyone was served refreshments of Blackcurrant & orange juice and Easter Buns.

This is an annual event that is very much enjoyed by the children & Residents alike.

Wellbeing coordinator, Pam Waterhouse, said

“It was a lovely day! Our Residents look forward to this every year! It’s a great way of maintaining community involvement”
