Stockton-on-Tees Residents tribute to frontline care staffResidents from HC-One’s Victoria House in Stockton have joined together to create some are to show their appreciation for frontline care staff.

After receiving a painting of a rainbow of one the housekeeping team’s granddaughter, Residents and staff in Victoria House decided to join in with the local community and created their own rainbow themed pieces of art.

Staff spent time with the Residents and helped them create a rainbow made out of their own handprints using different coloured paper and card.

Victoria House Home Manager Sarah Dodsworth said: “Residents really enjoyed engaging with the activity and although it was simple, they still contributed to the finished picture of the rainbow and loved getting involved with their local community.”

One Victoria House Colleague said: “It look’s really good, we should be proud.”
