Jordan Norton has joined the team at HC One’s Holme Lea care home as the new wellbeing coordinator.
The Stalybridge care home has finally welcomed on board a new wellbeing coordinator. Jordan has come from a background of working alongside people with learning disabilities and has a passion for the role.
Jordan had made a massive impact on the home already by getting to know the Residents and finding out what activities they would like to get involved in.
Jordan has spent some time sitting with the Residents and filling out the ‘remember me’ booklet too.
All of the Colleagues at the home are looking forward to months ahead to see what Jordan brings to the home.
Jordan commented “I’m looking forward to getting the residents engaged in activities and enjoying themselves”.
Home manager Craig Hardman said “It’s a pleasure to welcome Jordan to the Holme Lea Family, and we are looking forward to what he brings to the home."
