Residents at Stamford Court care home in Stalybridge enjoyed a journey back in time as they visited their local museum at Portland Basin.
During the trip, Residents were able to see how Tameside had changes through different time periods.
Everyone had a great laugh as they tried on old-fashioned clothing, sat in an old pub and had a potter round various vintage shops.
The day was rounded off with a well-deserved serving of tea and cake in the café.
