Staffordshire care home Residents enjoy new ‘Knit and Natter’ activityResidents at HC-One’s Branston Court care home in Staffordshire created a new Knit and Natter group, which held its first event this March.

Branston Court wellbeing coordinator created the group as many Residents enjoy knitting and used to be quite adept at it when they were younger. What better way to rekindle an old hobby than creating a group where Residents can knit together whilst chatting about what they used to make and do when they were younger.

The group enjoyed a knit and were able to choose from a selection of snacks and treats as well as tea or coffee to enjoy during their rest.

“Everyone enjoyed the group and had a nice time knitting whilst putting the world to rights,” said a Branston Court Colleague.
