HC-One’s Maple Lodge Care Home in Stafford demonstrated how important a one to one activity can be by involving Resident Maisie Williams in an eggstatic activity.
Wellbeing Coordinator Joanna Dovaston organised for Masie to decorate eggs in preparation for Maple Lodge’s upcoming Easter celebrations. Masie painted the eggs beautifully and commented that she found the activity relaxing and enjoyable.
Maple Lodge is dedicated to the wellbeing of residents and encourages the participation of hobbies and interests, taking an active role in helping individuals to retain a connection to the local community. HC-One wellbeing co-ordinators work closely with residents and their families to develop a varied programme of activities and events throughout the year.
