Staff Appreciation Day at Chaseview care homeColleagues at Chaseview care home really have gone that extra mile lately, so the wellbeing team decided to organise a staff appreciation day for all the staff to enjoy.

Kim Caddelden and Terri Bones, who head up Chaseview’s wellbeing, hosted the event to take place in the garden at the home. This involved a free tombola for each member of staff who all received a special gift which were kindly donated from family members staff themselves and even the local Morrisons and Asda supermarkets contributed. Pizzas were delivered and cans of soft drink and water were in place for all members of the amazing team to really enjoy. Jenna, chef at the care home, baked some delicious cakes too.

Home Manager, Rhonda Ware, remarked, “All staff had a great afternoon and the team spirit was very high. Everyone enjoyed that little extra treat and days like this boost team morale significantly. We are all one big team at Chaseview and we all appreciate each other”.

Please note that all staff that were unable to attend will still receive their special gift.

All staff asked when can they have another afternoon like this. Watch this space!
