Cheshire based care home, Beechcroft, are pleased to share their story of two dedicated Colleagues who have received the special Kindness in Care Award.
Ann Stoddart, Second Cook, and Charlotte Smith, Care Assistant, were presented with certificates and a £25 voucher in front of Residents and other Colleagues.

She was creative in offering options that would be acceptable and her prompt action demonstrated a proactive team approach
Charlotte was nominated as staff collectively agreed that she goes above and beyond to do the right thing for Residents at the home in providing kind consistent care with a smile and contributing to the warm friendly atmosphere at the home
Turnaround Manager, Catherine Haycock, presented the award along with Vicki Costello, Deputy Manager and Owen Booker, Clinical Services Manager.
