Residents, visitors and members of the care team at HC-One’s Ailsa Craig care home in Glasgow celebrated the patron saint of Ireland last week.
St Patrick’s Day marks the passing of St Patrick, a 4th century priest who took Christianity to Ireland. Every year thousands of people worldwide celebrate the day by wearing green and enjoying an Irish tipple.
Everyone gathered in Bute House where they enjoyed live entertainment from local singer, Joe Quinn. Residents sang and danced along to their favourite songs throughout the afternoon, a great time was had by all.
