Residents and members of the team at HC-One’s Balfarg care home in Glenrothes, Fife celebrated the patron saint of Ireland last week.
St Patrick’s Day marks the passing of St Patrick, a 4th century priest who took Christianity to Ireland. Every year thousands of people worldwide celebrate the day by wearing green and enjoying an Irish tipple.
Live entertainment from Andy Todd and Wullie Mowbray provided the perfect atmosphere for the celebrations, Residents danced, clapped and sang along to their favourite Irish songs. Everyone also took the time to wish Wellbeing Coordinator, Jimmy a happy birthday, Residents sang as he was presented with a cake.
