Residents have enjoyed taking part in Welsh-themed crafts, quizzes and games this week in celebration of St David’s Day at HC-One’s Cedar House care home in Harefield, Middlesex.
They began the day with an arts and crafts sessions where Residents coloured in pictures, made Welsh flags and crafted decorations to hang around the home. They then tested themselves on their knowledge of all things Welsh in a trivia quiz.
Everyone took part in a socially-distanced sing-a-long in honour of the land of song.
Cedar House Home Manager, Patience Sibanda, said: “Everyone really enjoyed the decorations, quiz and the sing-a-long. It was a shame that we were unable to mix the Residents so they could enjoy the sing-a-long in a large group but everyone had fun.”
