HC-One’s St Clare’s Court Care Home in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham have started their very own choir with the help of St Clare’s Church choir.
Everyone meets every Wednesday afternoon in the lounge to practice, with one Resident, Edith Trotter, singing a solo.
Pam Loveless from the church helped put together the song sheets, Graham plays the organ and members of the Church choir attend the sessions to sing along with the Residents.
St Clare’s Court plants to put on a concern in the near future for family members and friends to attend.
