HC-One’s Balnacarron Care Home in St Andrews is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Inspectorate.
The team at Balnacarron Care Home was delighted to have received an impressive Care Inspectorate report with that rated the home as “Very Good” in the two areas which are were assessed: Care and Support, and Staffing.
Residents at the home were full of praise for staff at Balnacarron with one saying, "I can go to them with anything and they do their best to sort it out”, another commenting "the staff have been brilliant here, they put up with me and we can have a good laugh”, and a further stating "The manager is exceptional."
HC-One Balnacarron Care Home Manager, Elaine Onyluke said:
