Green-fingered Residents at Avonpark care home in Limpley Stoke have shown off their horticultural talents ahead of the Chelsea Flower Show.
Residents and Colleagues at the home have planted many pots of flowers to help decorate Residents’ rooms and the lounges in the home.
Everyone enjoyed working together to choose the arrangements for the communal boxes, with Residents now helping water the flowers as they are looking forward to watching the beautiful colours bloom in the home.
One Resident said: “I really enjoyed helping out with the flowers, gardening has always been one of my favourite pastimes”, while another added: “The flowers really do help make the lounges look more homely.”
