Congratulations to John Cook on achieving a 5-star hygiene rating at Springfield House!
Recently Springfield House in Gateshead had an Environmental Food Hygiene Inspector in to assess the kitchen.
John Cook, who has recently been promoted from Second Chef to Head Chef, received a glowing report and reviewed a 5 star award in the hygiene rating.
