Spooktacular Halloween celebrations at Greenways CourtResidents at HC-One’s Greenways Court Care Home in Consett, County Durham, enjoyed a fangtastic time on the spookiest day of the year.

Everyone really got into the spirit of things on Halloween and had a great time carving pumpkins whilst wearing spooky props, such as witches hats.

This soon became a messy job, but one that the Residents really enjoyed. It prompted a discussion about Halloween’s spent with their families and about how they used to carve turnips instead of pumpkins when they were young.

After all of the hard work and effort, everyone enjoyed a well-deserved cup of tea.
