Residents from HC-One’s St Clare’s Court in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham took part in an art session in the sunshine on Tuesday 14th May.
Helen Kimpton, wife of St Clare’s Court Resident and former art teacher supported the group with a creative afternoon in the garden. A number of Residents at the home are passionate about art and enjoyed learning about how to use pastels.
One Resident, Doris was also helping the group by explaining how to blend the pastels, everyone chatted as they worked on their creations. A great time was had by all, with Residents commenting that it was lovely to be outside and working on such a fun project together.
