Residents at HC-One’s Abermill care home in Caerphilly took full advantage of the long summer by hosting an action-packed fun day for the Abertridwr community.
Friends and family descended on Abermill for the seasonal celebration, taking part in a variety of games and watching a live performance from local Elvis tribute act ‘Ponty Presley’ whilst enjoying tempting refreshments to keep cool in the heat.
Mayor of Caerphilly, Cllr Michael Adams joined the festivities and everyone tucked into a delicious BBQ lunch followed by tasty homemade cakes.
