Nora and Joyce, sister and Residents at HC One’s Bankwood care home, have been reunited.
This is a lovely story of two sisters being able to see and talk to each other face to face at the Duffield care home.
Norah went to live at Bankwood during the coronavirus pandemic and the only way to see her family was by Skype.
Norah had many conversations with her sister Joyce on Skype. However recently Joyce has had to come to Bankwood for respite care for 6 weeks, so after a period of isolation the two sisters can now meet.
It’s lovely to see both of them together talking and chatting about the families.
There’s a little saying from Joyce which everyone loves that is, “side by Side or miles apart, sisters will always be connected by the heart.”
