Residents from HC-One’s Foxton Court care home in Morpeth, Northumberland enjoyed an afternoon of socialising, dancing, fun and food at the Briardale Centre on Thursday 27th June.
Ladies and gentlemen from care homes in the local area were invited for a Mind Active day at the Briardale Centre to promote positive wellbeing in the older community. Residents enjoyed socialising and sharing stories with others, as well as a singalong and dance to their favourite music.
The afternoon was topped off with a delicious lunch before the group headed back to Foxton Court, everyone agreed that it was a wonderful day and great to meet some new people.
