Staff at Silverwood, Rotherham are spending time carrying out a very special staff induction to the home.
Marceline is the homes new Silverwood, Rotherham "Admin Assistant". Marceline has been chosen for the job due to her hard work and commitment when working alongside Andrea one of our administrators and could not be more helpful.
Marceline helps Andrea to laminate, copy, submit orders, deliver post and is “ an absolute pleasure to work with”.
We are so happy for Marceline who is not only a long term resident of Silverwood, but to be part of the team and want to say a HC-One big thank you.
Home Manager Vicki Leck says "It is important for residents when they move into communal care to ensure they are still treated as an individual despite moving into a care environment and Marceline loves waking up each morning, spending time with other residents and then having some work time with the team here at Silverwood"
