Residents and staff at Silverwood Carehome in Rotherham were delighted to be invited along to the New York Stadium, Mature Millers session.
Residents Beryl and Vera went along in our minibus with MO Mark and well-being coordinator Wendy, where they played games, met with other Rotherham Fans and had refreshments. Residents enjoyed getting out and about and feeling part of the community!
Beryl in particular, is a life-long Rotherham Fan and was delighted to do something that means so much to her.
This is all part of the person centred approach we have here at Silverwood and a great afternoon was had by all.
