Eckington Residents use paintings to communicate with RelativesResidents from HC-One’s April Park in Eckington enjoyed an arts and crafts session on Thursday where they created some ‘positivity rainbows’ to spread across the home and to send to their loved ones.

During these tough times, Residents haven’t been able to keep in contact with their loved ones as much as they would like, so the Residents have been using the time to reflect on recent events and to engage in stimulating activities.

Residents from April Park really enjoyed being able to contact their Relatives and tell them how they are doing in such a creative and colourful way, whilst decorating the home as well.

April Park Home Manager, Gail Wardle said, ‘This has been fantastic for our Residents and Relatives.’
