Residents at HC-One’s Cradlehall care home in Inverness enjoyed a dance workshop with team members from the Scottish Ballet on Thursday 24th January.
Dance Artists from the Dance Health Team at Scottish Ballet visited Cradlehall to deliver a ‘Time To Dance’ workshop which includes themes from the movements of Cinderella.
Residents loved taking part, trying different moves and tapping along with their feet, some reminisced about how much they loved dancing as children. After the workshop, the group enjoyed tea, coffee and biscuits as they commented on their favourite parts of the activity.
