HC-One’s Cairnie Lodge care home in Arbroath, Angus, was alive with the sound of music as Residents welcomed children from a local primary school on Tuesday 17th December to perform Christmas carols and songs.
Residents gathered as school children came to sing a variety of traditional carols and Christmas songs, everyone enjoyed singing along to their festive favourites and gave the children a huge round of applause after their performance.
One Resident commented: “What a lovely day, the children sang beautifully and it was great to chat with them about what they are hoping to find under their trees on Christmas day.”
Cairnie Lodge Home Manager, Heather Sivewright commented: “Thank you to the wonderful pupils for singing for our Residents and bringing Christmas cheer to Cairnie Lodge.”
