Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Beechcroft care home were delighted to be taking a day trip to Liverpool to enjoy a day of shopping and sight-seeing.
The Residents enjoyed a fun-filled day of seeing the sights of Liverpool, and wandering around various shops with Colleagues from the home.
Some of the ladies enjoyed reminiscing about the shops they would visit when they would go shopping as young ladies with their friends.
The day was complete as everyone visited a local café to enjoy an afternoon tea, sampling a variety of delicious cakes and treats.
Jane Davies, home manager, commented: “Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed themselves this afternoon, Residents have enjoyed a shopping trip and afternoon tea treat which they requested.”
