On reflecting back at the last year, it has been a rollercoaster of a journey for Roseland Court care home in Truro, Cornwall.
One of the highest points was received the CQC certificate and Hero Award (see pictured). All the team including Home Manager Michelle Wray, were over the moon at some fantastic achievements and have been proudly showing off their trophy.
On 20th December, the home celebrated the graduation of five of their Carers, Sofi, Karen, Lou, Charlie and Abbie, who all qualified as Nursing Assistances this year. This was celebrated with a presentation along with gifts and certificates. Residents enjoyed watching the graduation and one said, “What a wonderful achievement.”
Michelle remarked, “These Colleagues have inspired my daily.”
