Roseberry Court raise money for the Resident’s FundAt HC-One’s Roseberry Court, residential and residential dementia care home, in Redcar, a special bake sale was held.

To raise money for the Resident’s Fund, a bake sale was held at the care home. 

A football blind card and guess how many cakes are in the picture was held to raise some additional money.

Residents got involved, helping to sell the cakes and playing along with the games. 

The staff were amazing, they baked some cakes, cookies and cupcakes and it total £56.50 was raised.

The Residents had lots of fun helping out. Resident, Rita Barrett, said, “Tell the visitors we are only opening the doors if they buy a cake!”

Fred Durrent, a Resident, added, “I really enjoyed selling the cakes and I loved eating them even more.”

Kelly Levick, Care Home Manager, remarked, “It is great to get the Residents involved in raising money for their funds.”
