Roseberry Court makes wishes come trueRoseberry Court not only grant wishes for their Residents but also their fantastic staff too.

When they found out that one of their Carers, Becky Stevens, wished to play in a band one day, the Residents and the staff grabbed the opportunity when a Ukulele band visited.

The band were more than happy to help and Becky got the shock of her life when they asked her to join them. She jumped up with one of the other Carers, Zoe Simpson, and took to the stage.

The Residents loved seeing them both strut their stuff and were clapping and laughing away at both of them. They loved the show and danced along.

The Ukulele band were very impressed with Sarah and Zoe and invited them to join them for rehearsals as long as the girls were buying the drinks afterwards.

Ellen Tierney, a Resident at Roseberry Court, commented: “It was so much fun helping with the surprise and did you see the look on her face? It was great.”

Becky commented with a huge smile: “That’s one to cross off my bucket list.”
