Residents at Cold Springs Park care home in Penrith were delighted to celebrate Valentine’s Day with their loved ones as the home hosted a day full of special activities.
Everyone joined together to celebrate the occasion, with many Residents taking part in a Valentine’s quiz served with cream teas, followed by a variety of love songs performed by cellist Ken Wilson.
Many Residents were joined by their wives and husbands on Valentine’s Day, where they invited their partners for a special meal, served with wine and finished with a lovely selection of desserts.
Sheila, a Resident at Cold Springs Park, said: “This has been so lovely, I really enjoyed the Valentine’s Day celebrations.”
