The team at Barnby Court care home in Retford was delighted to make a ‘pawsome’ donation to the local animal rescue shelter this winter.
As part of the team’s annual charity donation, Colleagues decided to collect treats for the nearby Babworth Animal Rescue Kennels (BARK).
Home to many adorable cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes, BARK is a non-profit organisation based near Retford that runs entirely on donations and adoption fees.
The collection from Barnby Court saw Colleagues donate cat and dog foods, cat litter and dog beds and blankets, to help out the animals in need this winter.
Margaret Greaves, Home Manager at Barnby Court, said: “Every year our staff kindly donate their Christmas money gift to a charity, I am proud to call these my Colleagues.”
