Lilly Wright-Bellamy, a Resident at HC-One’s Roseberry Court had her wish granted by the staff on Thursday 8th February.
Lilly wished to go shopping, which is one of her favourite pastimes that she misses dearly. Staff at Roseberry Court made her wish come true and organised a day out for Lilly to go shopping.
The first stop on Lilly’s shopping trip was the supermarket, she used to visit a supermarket daily and enjoyed browsing the isles once again. Next she went to some clothes shops and bought various items of clothing that she liked.
Her shopping spree proved to be thirsty work, so Lilly and a member of staff from Roseberry Court went to a local café for a cup of tea and a chat before they went home.
Lilly commented on what a great day she had and how much she loved visiting all of the different shops like she used to. She also thanked everyone from Roseberry Court involved in organising her special trip.
