Residents from HC-One’s The Grange Care Home in Mayford, Surrey paid a visit to Elms Nursey, the only family-run nursery and farm shop in Sutton, last week.
Residents Barbara Elson, Vicky Lowry, Eileen Jones were joined by Sally Metcalfe, Noshina Nasir and Tendai Muchagonei where they had a great time in the sunshine, meeting and feeding all of the different animals.
They had the pleasure of seeing goats, chickens, llamas, and rabbits and enjoyed watching the pigs playing together in the mud.
They finished the day with a light lunch at Elms Nurseries café.

“It was such an enjoyable day and reminded me of my childhood and feeding the chickens.”
