Residents at HC-One’s Averill House in Manchester recently enjoyed taking part in a ‘Candy Christmas’ photo shoot, so they could send some lovely Christmas cards back home to family and friends.
Averill House Residents got glammed up with nails and hair and festive props for their Christmas photo shoot. During the shoot, Residents listened to some classic Christmas songs, and really got into the festive spirit, dancing and singing along.
Jodie Yates, wellbeing coordinator at Averill House, who set up the shoot said: “The shoot was great fun, Residents really enjoyed it.”
After the shoot, the pictures were turned into wonderful handmade and personalised Christmas cards, so that Residents could send their loved ones a lovely Christmas surprise.
Charles Berry, a Resident at Averill House was over the moon with his card, and said: “This is great, just great.”
