Residents step in to assist local churchResidents from HC-One’s Park House Care Home in Guisborough have stepped in to assist their local church.

The Church of St Nicholas in Guisborough have decided to decorate the church in poppies for 2018, having taken the idea from the Tower of London, and have asked the local community to help with creating the poppies.

The Residents at Park House jumped at the opportunity to help out, keeping themselves busy making poppies out of felt with the help of a Resident’s daughter, Debra.

Everyone has really enjoyed being part of this project and being able to help out the local church, they especially loved seeing the end product.

Park House’s Home Manager, Alishia Calvert commented:

“We are so proud of our Residents for playing their part in this big task.”
