Residents at HC-One’s Roseberry Court Care Home in Redcar, Cleveland have been getting creative this week by creating cards for all occasions.
Earlier in the week, the Residents all enjoyed getting together in an arts and crafts morning. Here they had fun choosing what to put onto and into their cards as well as sharing ideas about who they were going to send their works of art to.
When chatting about which loved ones were going to receive their handmade cards, Residents shared stories about their loved ones with each other.
Everyone was so proud of their finished cards with June commenting:
“Oh look, I’ve really surprised myself on how good my card looks!”
After everyone had finished, they spent time admiring each other’s hard work before enjoying refreshments and nibbles together.
