The philosophy supports the spirit of the Residents, measuring their response to touch, smell, colour, taste and sound and focuses purely on the individual.

The Namaste Care programme is set in a calm and relaxed environment with pleasant aromas, seasonal displays, music and nature sounds. It encourages good nutrition with a variety of healthy snacks and drinks in each session to keep Residents hydrated and to help reduce weight loss.

Namaste encourages relaxation, improves sleep and increases appetite by boosting the senses with the use of scent and massage.
