Willow Brook care home in Carlton, Nottingham were delighted to receive a kind donation of shawls and Zimmer frame pouches from a UK charity.
Residents living at Willow Brook were delighted to see the generous delivery of shawls and pouches, which came in a variety of colours and designs.
Each Resident picked a shawl and pouch from the delivery, with many opting for their favourite colours.
Colleagues and Residents were overwhelmed by the generosity of the charity, as the innovative pouches have helped to personalise and jazz up their Zimmer frames.
One Resident commented: “I love my new frame cover, it’s so lovingly made.”
Leanne Haywood, Wellbeing Coordinator at Willow Brook, said: “It was lovely for Residents to see they were being thought by the wider community. The donation was so thoughtful and helped put a smile on everyone’s faces.”
