Residents at HC-One’s Roseberry Court care home in Redcar enjoyed an afternoon with TH Fitness taking part in a variety of chair-based exercises.
Everyone took part in the class and sang along to songs as they played ball games and tried out different exercises. The men were more competitive trying to get the best scores throughout the class.
Residents cheered for each other, which helped create a supportive and friendly atmosphere for all. Everyone commented that they thought it was a great group activity and are looking forward to their next session.
Roseberry Court Home Manager, Alishia Calvert said: “What a great activity, Residents enjoyed getting involved and the sessions help increase mobility and improve wellbeing.”
