Staff and Residents from Sheraton Court in Hartlepool hosted a fundraiser in aid of Hartlepool United Football Club.
A raffle was held with a variety of different prizes and a spread of cakes and pancakes with a selection of toppings were laid out.
Staff all wore blue for the day in support of the club and the Hartlepool United FC colours.
£120 was raised in total, which is an amazing achievement. Well done Sheraton Court!
The Residents commented on how they love it when these events are put together and that their favourite part of the day was that it prompted a social gathering.
Carole Thomson, Home Manager at Sheraton Court, commented:
“With recent reports of the club’s difficulties, we felt it was only fitting to help in any way we could. HUFC is special to Sheraton as a lot of the Residents support and have fond memories of the club and its players.”
