Residents have a ball at Aberford Hall Residents at Aberford Hall care home in Roundhay, Leeds enjoyed battling it out during an afternoon of ten pin bowling.

The competition saw the male Residents team up against the female Residents, with Phyllis being crowned the overall winner.

The home was filled with laughter as the game commenced and Residents also enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea during the half time break.

One Resident said: “I really enjoyed the afternoon! I haven’t been bowling in years so it brought back some fantastic childhood memories.”

Kathryn Oddy, Home Manager at Aberford Hall, said: “Ten pin bowling was a great success! It was definitely good to see some healthy competition in the home.”
