HC-One’s Croft Avenue Care Home in Penrith, Cumbria, are thrilled to be embarking on a new and exciting venture for their Residents, involving an Australian care home.
A pen pal scheme has been initiated at Croft Avenue with a residential home on the other side of the world, RSL Anzac Village in Collaroy, Sydney.
The Residents have received details of activities that happen in RSL Anzac Village as well as the profiles of several of the Residents. Everyone is looking forward to writing to them on a regular basis and can’t wait to hear all about their lives in Australia.
