Residents enjoy Valentine’s themed afternoon tea

Residents and Colleagues at Dingle Meadow Care Home in Oldbury were feeling the love this Valentine’s day as the celebrated with a posh afternoon tea.

Everyone tucked into love heart shaped shortbread biscuits, scrumptious fruit scones complete with jam and cream and even a glass of wine to celebrate the occasion. Everything was served on a lovely china tea service which the Residents loved!

Members of the local community attended the event with the local vicar attending with her well behaved greyhound Tom!

A Valentine’s raffle was held and raised an impressive £75.00 for the Residents Comfort Fund.

Residents really enjoyed themselves and loved chatting and having afternoon tea with their friends and family members.
