After a difficult year following covid-19, Residents and team members at HC-One’s
Wombwell Hall care home in Northfleet were overjoyed to open their doors and let the community see ‘Copperfield’, their new wellbeing facility.
The facility can be used for daily actives and a space for Residents to speak to their loved ones whilst getting outside. Copperfield is now being used to host coffee mornings, Residents’ meetings, pub quiz’s, residents’ parties and many more daily activities.
Residents are very happy to now have a fully stocked bar built by the maintenance team. The celebrations began with a party for Residents with live entertainer Rob T, who residents loved. Residents and staff had a wonderful afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Valerie, a very special Resident, said; “It’s great being back together and enjoying the party with a great atmosphere!”
Located on Wombwell Gardens, Wombwell Hall offers short and long term care packages for older ladies and gentlemen in Northfleet that require nursing care.
