Residents enjoy bread-making lesson at Harley GrangeResidents at Harley Grange care home in Leicester enjoyed learning how to make bread in the home’s most recent baking session.

Everyone took it in turns to make the dough, including kneading the bread and shaping the rolls, before baking the rolls, which were later enjoyed with butter and jam.

One Resident commented: “I love taking part in the baking classes at Harley Grange, my cooking skills have improved so much.”

Preet Hundal, Home Manager at Harley Grange, said: “Our baking sessions are a really popular activity amongst Residents. Everyone seemed to really enjoy making the bread, especially when they got to taste their creation.”
