Residents enjoy animalistic adventure at Coventry care homeAnimal therapy was a success amongst Residents living at Victoria Manor care home in Coventry as the home made some new furry friends.

The session saw Residents and their loved ones meeting the different species from across the animal kingdom, as some even plucked up the courage to stroke and even hold the animals.

As many people took it in turns to hold the animals, others took the opportunity to find out more about the creatures’ diet, habitat and lifespan.

Tina Booton, Home Manager at Victoria Manor, said: “It was lovely to see the Residents motivate each other to try new experiences, as many plucked up the courage to hold the animals for the first time.”
