HC-One’s Roseberry Court Care Home in Redcar, Cleveland enjoyed a day in the sunshine last week where they took part in their Pulse based exercises in the garden.
Residents loved being out in the sunshine, they really enjoyed taking part in the chair-based exercises outside in the fresh air.
There were lots of giggles and smiles from everyone as they did their best to follow along to the exercises. The enthusiasm from the Resident had passers-by smiling and some even joined in.
Family members were also invited along for the day to join in with the Residents and it was great to see them interacting together. Resident Jim Kirks daughter, Ann, commented:
“How nice is this, seeing everyone outside having so much fun.”
Resident Sylvia Smith commented:
“I’ve had such a lovely time in the sunshine with everyone.”
