Residents enjoy a good Irish knee up for St Patrick’s DayPark House’s staff team dressed up for St Patrick’s Day and enjoyed a good Irish knee this St Patrick’s Day.

Resident’s looked fantastic in their St Patrick’s hats whilst enjoying the Irish show by Janie St John, a local entertainer.

Residents enjoyed a Guinness or a Bailey’s Irish Cream to celebrate, whilst some preferred a nice cup of tea. Everyone enjoyed the homemade St Patrick’s Day cupcakes, which were prepared by the home’s own kitchen. 

Everyone had a great day, especially Resident Bill (William) Rehill who was born in Monaghan. He loved reminiscing over a Guinness and thoroughly enjoyed the Irish entertainment, commenting, “It makes me proud to be Irish!”
