Ilsom House care home in Tetbury, Gloucestershire, was delighted to organise a morning of biscuit decorating as Residents got into the festive spirit.
Kitchen staff baked the biscuits in the morning ahead of the decoration session, with Residents commenting on how delicious the sweet treats smelt while they were cooking.
Once the biscuits had cooled down, Residents got to work on designing their sweet treats, decorating them with an array of bright coloured icing.
The final results looked amazing, as some biscuits even finished Christmas characters such as robins, snowmen and Santa.
Residents sat down and enjoyed their biscuits as part of the home’s afternoon tea, as Joyce commented: “I thoroughly enjoyed the morning, it brought back memories of baking when I was a child.”
