HC-One’s Redesdale Court Care Home in North Shields, Tyne and Wear have been ensuring that everyone stays cool in this heat wave.
The team at Redesdale Court didn’t want anyone to get too hot and overheat so took a trip to their local Morrison’s to stock up on some ice lollies for every Resident and staff member to enjoy, including the staff and patients on their NHS units.
They purchased a mixture of strawberry splits and rocket ice-lollies, which brought back some fond memories for Residents.

“I haven’t had a strawberry split in years; it was so good to enjoy one again.”
